Return Policy

We’re happy you chose to shop with us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to return:

  • Contact Us: To start a return, contact us at sales@brightbeamdesigns.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Return Shipping:
    • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
    • If your item is faulty or damaged we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make things right for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any concerns about your specific item, feel free to reach out to us.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
