Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations: We are proud to offer shipping across Australia. We currently do offer limited international shipping, but we are looking to expand our services in the future.

2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. - Please allow up to 10 business day for custom and bulk orders. Please contact us via email sales@brightbeamdesigns.com.au if you require your order urgently. - Include your order number in the email. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AWST may be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates:

Please note that shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location.

4. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are subject to availability and unforeseen delays. While we strive to meet these timeframes, please allow extra time during busy periods such as holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Track Order" section.

6. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or other delays beyond our control may affect delivery times. If there are significant delays with your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an error is made, please contact us immediately.

8. Local Pick-Up: At this time, we do not offer local pick-up for online orders.

9. Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
